TERMS OF SERVICE, SERVICE AGREEMENT,
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (KVKK) AND PRIVACY POLICY
This document has been prepared to regulate the terms of use, service conditions, privacy policy, protection of personal data, and payment conditions between Sociablemediaup.com (“Site”, “Platform”, “Service Provider”) and the user who registers on the site or receives services (“User”). Every user who registers on the site or receives services declares that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms of this agreement.
1.Service Description
Sociablemediaup.com is an SMM panel that provides digital services such as followers, likes, views, comments, engagement, and similar social media services. The services offered may be provided through third-party service providers.
2.Membership and Account Security
The user accepts that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Account security is entirely the responsibility of the user. Sociablemediaup.com cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of the account, access by third parties, or any damages arising from such situations. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed.
3.Balance, Payment, and Refund Policy
Balances loaded onto the platform are strictly non-refundable. The user explicitly accepts this condition before loading balance. No refunds will be issued for incorrect orders, incorrect links, incorrect service selection, or losses arising from user errors. Loaded balances can only be used to purchase services on Sociablemediaup.com and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.
4.Orders and Service Process
Orders may be processed through automated or manual systems. The start time and completion time of services are not guaranteed. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by system issues, high demand, or technical problems. No refunds will be issued for completed orders under any circumstances.
5.Drops (Decreases), Warranty, and Compensation
Drops that occur due to algorithm updates of social media platforms are considered normal. No compensation is provided for services without a specified warranty period. For services with a warranty, compensation is provided only within the specified period and conditions. No compensation rights arise if the user sets their account to private, changes the username, or removes the link.
6.Prohibited Uses
Purchasing services for illegal, misleading, or fake content; engaging in spam, fraud, or malicious activities; infringing the rights of others; and engaging in activities that violate the terms of use of social media platforms are strictly prohibited. In such cases, the user account will be closed without prior notice and the balance will not be refunded.
7.Personal Data Protection (KVKK)
Sociablemediaup.com processes and protects users’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The user accepts that their name, surname, email address, IP address, payment, and transaction information may be processed for the purpose of providing services.
8.Privacy Policy
User information is not shared with third parties. However, it may be shared with authorized official authorities in cases of legal obligation. The platform takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data.
9.Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Bank Blocks
All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable. In the event that the user initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or bank refund request, the user account may be permanently suspended or closed, and the existing balance will be completely forfeited. Any bank blocks, financial losses, or service interruptions arising from such actions are entirely the responsibility of the user. Sociablemediaup.com accepts no responsibility in such cases.
10.Limitation of Liability
Sociablemediaup.com cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the suspension, restriction, or closure of social media accounts, algorithm changes, or issues caused by third-party service providers. The user accepts all risks associated with the services received.
11.Right to Amend and Terminate
Sociablemediaup.com reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement without prior notice. User accounts that violate the terms of use may be suspended or permanently closed.
12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13.Enforcement
By registering on Sociablemediaup.com or receiving services, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement. This agreement enters into force upon acceptance.
